Thank you for your purchase! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item or items in your order, please follow the instructions below in regards to returns and exchanges.
Returns by Mail:
• If you have the original receipt or packing slip, please circle the item(s) you wish to return and select the reason you are returning the item. Be sure to include the original receipt or packing slip with your return package.
• All packages may be shipped to this address:

We advise purchasing tracking information and/or insurance for your return package to ensure we receive your return package properly.
• Once a return package is received, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed. All shipping charges and additional drop ship fees are non-refundable.
Please bring your return(s) and original receipt or packing slip to either of our retail locations: the University Spirit on campus at 135 South Chauncey Avenue in West Lafayette, IN or the Tippecanoe Mall location at 2415 Sagamore Parkway, Lafayette, IN located near the Macy’s end of the mall, next to Hallmark.
Exchanges by Mail:
• Please note which item you would like exchanged on the original receipt or packing slip. We will contact you for payment/refund information if the item(s) being exchanged have a cost difference. If you would like the exchanged item(s) shipped back to you, the cost will be $6.95 (For Indiana residents, the cost is $7.44.) You may include a check, money order, or contact phone number and we will call you for credit card information over the phone.
For debit and credit card returns: Due to credit card security restrictions, University Spirit does not retain access to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please provide a contact phone number with your return slip so that we may call you and complete the return via credit card over the phone. Some bank return policies require up to 14 business days before funds issued back to you become available.
For PayPal returns: If you would like your refund issued back to your PayPal account, please provide the email address that is associated with your PayPal account and a contact phone number with your return slip. Otherwise, you will be issued store credit. Please allow an additional 48 hours for your return to be processed.
For returns for orders purchased in-store with cash or check: You may return your items in-store for a cash refund (checks require 15 business days before the refund will be issued.) If you wish to return an item via mail, in-store credit will be issued.
For returns for orders purchased in-store or online with a University Spirit gift card: You will receive in-store credit for any purchases made with a University Spirit gift card.
For returns without the original receipt or packing slip: If you do not have your receipt, you will be issued in-store credit. Please note that due to various promotions, sales, and discount programs we offer, you may not receive a full refund of the ticketed price.
